Hampton Island Preserve, located on the beautiful coast of southeastern Georgia near Savannah, comprises several coastal Georgia islands linked together by serene tidal marshes, dramatic sunsets, undisturbed shorelines, and the tranquility found only in such a sanctuary to natural conservation and preservation.

Hampton Island Preserve offers 370 select home sites ranging from expansive equestrian farms to one-acre sites all offering stunning natural views of lakes, rivers or marsh. Through careful land planning, each site has been designed to preserve natural resources including collections of historic tree species such as live oaks, water oaks, gums and loblolly pines. Hampton Island residents can create ancestral homes where family and friends will gather for generations. Lot prices range from $550,000 to more than $7 million and include marsh, golf, equestrian, wooded, cottage, deep water, and private homesites.

Ricefields, Hampton Island’s signature Davis Love III designed golf course, is scheduled to open in 2008. The Equestrian Center opened in 2007. The organic farm, run by Farmer D, offers organic food in the farm-to-table program. Lydia Mondavi runs the Treehouse Spa, one of three spas on the Island.
